Found a white cockatoo by the Elmhurst cemetery, it was being chased by some crows. It landed and went under a parked car. I was able to coax it out with some food and now is safe in my house. I would love to

We have one of two that was in our yard at about 6pm Aug 10, he flew to me and landed on my shoulder after sitting atop our back porch roof, his companion was just over the fence in the woods that border the
Appalachian trail. We have the bird in a large cage and are attempting to lure it's companion back, although we've not seen it since we took possession of this bird, he is healthy and typical Yellow and Orange
colorations, it does appear to be a mail, it has a specific malformation that must be able to be identified by the owner, there is no band. We are taking good care of him, we've had several of them over the years, and
currently have an Umbrella Cockatoo. Woodmont Rd run parallel to the Taconic Parkway and is off Miller Hill Rd just south of Rt 84 on Hosner Mountain. rjgraf@optonline.net

confused and scared. Too high up in the bush for me to get her. She finally flew away, far down the street, and I could not see where she went. Haven't seen her since. I put out a cage with water and bird seed in it,
